The hotel offers relatively clean rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. However, my reminders were not fully addressed, but the rooms were tidy although not new.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with free Wi-Fi and tea/coffee making facilities, but some rooms on the 3rd floor are outdated. The service is enthusiastic and friendly, typical of a 3-star hotel run by the owners. The location is good, although the in-house restaurant may not match the city's standard. The dining experience offers South Indian Andhra varieties but is very average.
